Structure Building Services

BEFORE:

MJF Electrical were appointed by Structure Building Services to carry out complete new build electrical installations for two luxury homes in Wellington Heath, Herefordshire.

Structure Building Services are a family run construction business located in Worcestershire. The vision for Wellington Heath was high quality, bespoke homes equipped with cutting edge technology. We shared our knowledge and expertise to enhance the electrical design, pitching the innovate dropped ceilings with LED strip lighting to compliment the contemporary feel of the properties. A feature that works seamlessly with the Lutron Smart Lighting.

DURING:

We worked alongside other local contractors including Benjamin James Architectural Design, Arnold Plant Hire & Neil Goodwin Carpentry on the creation of these stunning homes.

Once the electrical designs were finalised, our team started on the first fix. This stage involved installing the hard-wired electrical infrastructure for the entire design, including following schematics for smart control, heating and how zoned lighting would be switched. The most challenging part of this installation was creating ways to conceal the LED drivers and dimmers for the Lutron Smart Control System.

Second fix is when the homes really started to take shape, with all the high-end finishing touches being put in place.

AFTER:

The houses were completed with not only luxury in mind but also environmental sustainability. Both properties were equipped with Electric Vehicle Charging points and warmed using air source heat pumps. Heat Pumps are the future of low carbon energy production. They have many advantages including lower running costs, less maintenance, improved safety, reduced carbon emissions, a long life span and they can be utilised as air conditioning in the summer months.

Our work was always executed within the required timescales at each stage of the build. The homes were finished to an exceptional quality.
